About Us
Eversley Ventures Inc. is a Santa Rosa, Laguna based company that has three divisions and does business under the names:
Represents Battlefield Sports in the Philippines.
We manage and operate
“ICE” (Infrared Combat Experience) programs for parties and Team Building.
“The closest thing to
“Real Combat”
Our corporate Team Building division.
We do not "teach" we create the opportunity to learn.
We also consult on "Building Teams" .
Runs Adventure based programs in the Philippines, mainly focusing on Mindoro, especially Puerto Galera. We will also offer a "Lifestyle Experience" with the indigenous "Iraya Mangyans"
and related hi tech industries. He has held various senior management positions servicing international markets. His military training has also given him a solid base from which to develop Team Building skills and programs.
He has lived, and worked, in the UK, Germany, Hong Kong and the USA. He managed sales and operations activities in the U.K., Europe, Asia (from 1986 through 2001) and the USA so has experience in virtually all markets, but with most of it in Asia.

Ian is also Team Leader of the Mission Possible Team Building programs. Ian has around 15 years of military experience followed by over 30 years of international Business experience n the semiconductor

Vangie is the Eversley
Ventures Company Secretary
and is the coordinator for
our Team Building programs.
She also manages the
Triassic Tag concession
in Boulderville in the
Enchanted Kingdom, which uses ICE technology. This is the only permanent venue in the Philippines.
Vangie worked in resort management in Mindoro before moving to Santa Rosa and has had many years of people experience.
Bernarditha Villaluz (Berna) Manages Sales.
Berna worked in Sales positions from 1994 through 1996 in the computer and communications field. Berna graduated in HRM and studied accounting before going into sales.
From 1997 – 2007 she was the General Manager, also handling Sales & Marketing, for
DeBe Enterprise & Service, who offered Marketing Services – Investment Opportunities, Events and Tour Packages, Website design and maintenance (SEO). She also worked on consulting projects with UKUSA, Inc., Maya-Maya Yacht Club, Inc. and Norfolk International, Inc. NAIA Terminal 3 Project.
Leah has a degree in Computer Science and has around 8 years of work experience in marketing and related jobs. Leah managed a small business in consumer sales so has a lot of people experience.
She also manages the company books. Leah spent 2 years abroad in Brunei doing consumer sales and has call centre experience.
